Set on the peaceful island of Inishmore, off the west coast of Ireland, this transformative retreat offers a perfect blend of mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and cultural immersion, including hikes along the iconic Cliff of Moher and biking around the island. Through guided meditation, yoga, and self-care strategies, you will learn to manage and prevent burnout, enhance self-regulation, and reconnect with your sense of purpose—both personally and professionally. 

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes of Inishmore while experiencing the rich Irish heritage that the island has to offer. Start your day with calming yoga and mindfulness practices, followed by mindful walks through the island’s dramatic cliffs and ancient ruins. Alongside these rejuvenating experiences, you’ll explore the island’s vibrant culture, from traditional music and local storytelling to learning about the island’s Celtic history.

Abbreviated Itinerary

We’ll begin our journey by departing Cork and driving through Ireland’s stunning landscapes to the iconic Cliffs of Moher, where we'll enjoy a scenic, guided hike. From there, we’ll travel to Doolin to catch a ferry to our serene island destination, where you'll stay in charming seaside chalets with breathtaking ocean views. Our retreat provides a holistic approach to burnout revocery. Enjoy daily yoga, learn proven prevention strategies, and develop powerful emotional regulation techniques, all while surrounded by the ocean. You’ll also explore the island on E-bikes and tap into your creativity with watercolor painting by the sea. Each evening, we’ll gather for delicious traditional Irish dinners. On our final day, we’ll ferry back to the mainland for a visit to a historic 1800s tavern, where you’ll enjoy a private traditional Irish lunch, accompanied by live folk music. After exploring a quaint Irish town, we’ll return to Cork around 6:30pm, refreshed and inspired.

Physical Demands: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we encourage participants to be in good physical condition. You should be able to comfortably walk up to 4 miles, as well as safely ride a bike.
