I'm Jayme Vance and I am a licensed Occupational Therapist, yoga teacher, and wilderness guide. I'm currently in pursuit of completing my certification and studies in Health and Wellness Coaching at Duke University's Health System. In my practice, I employ multiple researched approaches and modalities. I utilize the neuroscience of change and existing behavior models to guide our work together while integrating mindful awareness techniques. My focus draws from my professional background to support your discovery and implementation of habits, behaviors, and routines that enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

My passion lies in supporting individuals on their personal journeys towards holistic wellbeing. My approach involves not only addressing healthy habits, but also guiding and supporting clients in making choices that align with their values and goals. This results in a healthier, more fulfilling, and connected life. Mindfulness practices and prompts are integral to my approach. Through guided practices, you will learn to tune in and listen to your body, leading to a deeper understanding of yourself. I aim to provide a safe space for exploration and curiosity, empowering you to become an expert on all that you are and all that you do.
